About

Web & Product Design: I’ve worked in highly regulated areas, like healthcare and finances, to deliver direct to consumer and B2B products. My design practice is rooted in understanding user needs by any means necessary - usability studies, analytics, interviews with subject matter experts, contextual inquiries, etc. I prioritize findings based on how likely they are to impact user and business outcomes. In my current role, I’m focused on feeding designers the research and working with them on prioritizing solutions. However, I’m never afraid to get my hands dirty and will take on projects solo when needed.

Personal: I live in Philadelphia, PA on a street lined with cherry blossoms. I have competed in the PHS flower show, volunteer at our community garden, and spend a lot of time crafting. My kids and husband are constantly inventing games for us to play and I do my best to keep up with them.

Enough about me. Tell me something about yourself.
